Instructions
If this is your first time registering for an event, please read instructions below!
REGISTER HERE
There are a lot of instructions for signing up for an intramural event. Please read carefully and thoroughly. Once you sign up the first time, every time after will be easy. Please be patient and don't panic.
If you are signing up for a team sport, click here. (Basketball, Softball, Flag Football, etc.)
If you are signing up for an individual sport, click here. (Golf, Racquetball, Tennis, Poker, etc.)
Any sport that lists a "Price", that is for captains of teams only, and can't be paid online. Only form of payment is a check, and must be delivered to the Intramural office or brought to captain's meeting.
You do not need to input your teammates for your roster. The captain's entry for the team is sufficient.

TEAM SPORTS
To sign up for a team sport, either as the captain of a team or as a free agent, click the "REGISTER HERE" link above.
At the very top right of the page, you will see links for "Sign Up" and "Log in".
The first time you use this system, you must create a new account by clicking on "Sign Up." Everytime after you will just click on "Log In" and enter the system.
To Sign Up, you will need to create a Login, a Password, and enter your Participant Number, First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone Number.
Participant Number = Student Id = Number on front of your PantherCard (9 digit #, below your name, on your PantherCard). Do not type the dashes.
If you get the error message "Your member number is not in our database", you are not currently enrolled at Georgia State. If you feel this is an error, please contact the office at 404.413.1765 or intramurals@gsu.edu. Faculty/Staff who wish to sign up must call first to be added to the database. Do not panic! We will get you registered if you are eligible and the deadline has not passed.
Once you log in successfully, you will see a link that says "Active Team & Roster Registrations" in the middle of the page. These are all the current sports you can sign up for. Click on this link.
You will then see all sports open for registration. If you are a captain and want to sign up a team, please continue reading. If you want to sign up as a free agent, skip to section "Signing up as a free agent".
Signing up a team:
For the sport you wish to register, click on the icon on the far right of the row. The link will say "Create a Team".
You will see all League and Divisions that are available for that sport. You will then select what league/division you prefer.
For team sports, the league/division name will include days & times. If you sign up for a specific division, you will be playing at that time on those days. For example, for basketball, you can select MenA, MenB, or Women. Within MenA, one division name is MW 6PM. This means if you sign up for this, you will play Mondays and Wednesdays at 6pm. The numbers inside the parenthesis is the number of slots full. (0/5) means all slots are open. Once a division is full (5/5), you can't sign up for that division.
Once you select, your league/division, a window to the right will appear you can enter your Team Name, Jersey Color, and Team Password. Do not worry about Team Number. The password feature is there so no one can make changes to your team. Once you have entered all the information, click "add team". You will get a green check mark and a message that says "Team was successfully created". Any price listed for a sport indicates a forfeit fee is due for that sport. You can't pay anything online.
For major league sports (flag football, soccer, volleyball, softball, & basketball), all teams will be required to pay $50 in the form of a check before or at the captains meeting for that sport. All checks will be made out to "Georgia State University". A team will not be allowed to play until the check is received. If a team forfeits, the check will be kept. If the team does not forfeit, the check will be returned to the captain.
Once the deadline passes, you will be contacted about any mandatory meetings and more information. Signing up a team does not guarantee you a spot. You must pay any forfeit fees and attend any mandatory meetings.
Signing up as a free agent:
On the far right menu, you will click on the link that says "Free Agency".
Then, at the bottom of the page you will see "Sports Open for Free Agent Sign Ups". For your desired sport, click the icon at the far right of the row, the link says "Set Free Agent Status".
Follow the directions on the screen. Once you have selected all your option, click the button "add free agent request". You will get a green check mark and a message that says "Free Agent Status Updated Successfully". Another team will pick you up, or we will form teams from the free agent lists.
Once the deadline passes, you will be contacted about any mandatory meetings and more information. Signing up as a free agent does not guarantee you will be placed on a team.
INDIVIDUAL SPORTS
To sign up for an individual sport, click the "REGISTER HERE" link above.

For Golf and Tennis Doubles, your partner does not need to sign up separately. You can add them to your roster once you sign up your "Team".
